English improvisation in Cologne on the 10th of August

Discover the joy of Improv at the Expatimprov workshops! Whether you're an experienced actor or a complete beginner, you're invited to join us in this fun and pressure-free improvisation class. No prior experience is required, and all language levels are welcome.

The workshops are all about having a great time and exploring new things. Along with laughter and spontaneous bursts of joy, you'll also experience increased confidence, stress relief, and the chance to form new friendships. Each drop-in workshop follows a unique theme, offering plenty of opportunities for play and experimentation.

The workshops run for two hours, from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, and the cost per session is €12. After the class, we often gather at a nearby pub for some socializing if you're interested.

We aim to create a positive and safe environment, free from judgment, where we cover the fundamentals of improvisation. Topics include understanding character and status, acceptance and building, storytelling, status games, and short games.

Please note that the venue might be a bit challenging to find, and Google Maps may not be accurate. The best way to enter the building is through the entrance next to the restaurant XII Apostel. Look for entrance "D" at the inner courtyard.

To ensure a timely start, we request all participants to arrive 5 minutes early. The address is CLOUTH 104 | Niehler Str 104, 2nd / upper floor Entrance "D."

If you're coming by car, there's a parking lot directly under the building (Entrance Seekabel Str.).
