Workshop Description
Do you feel restricted by structure and convention? Do you want to let loose on stage without losing your audience? Then this workshop is for you. The workshop will be held in English.
In this workshop, we'll explore both abstract and physical play, experiment with various cutting techniques, and shift between bursts of energy and quiet, introspective moments. Let go of structure and step into a space where creativity takes the lead.

About Laura Berkemeyer
Laura Berkemeyer took her first improv class at the age of six and has been passionate about the art form ever since. She regularly teaches and performs in Münster and across Germany. For the past seven years, she has been part of the Peng! Impro ensemble and helps organise both the IFO Impro Fest and the Peng! Impro Festival.
Laura is known for her physical, emotional, and authentic style of play. As an occupational psychologist, she enjoys combining science and improv, drawing on her expertise in her workshops. She has taught at festivals in New Zealand, Norway, and Germany, and has performed with ensembles not only at Peng! Impro but also in Peru and New Zealand.
